Facilitation
We recognize you and your team have what it takes to run your business. However, sometimes it takes an outside professional to truly help your organization thrive, inject energy, and inherit a natural sense of creative thinking grounded in actionability.
Facilitation requires a strategic plan to explore why we exist, what products or services we will produce, and how we should go about delivering those products and services to our stakeholders or communities we serve.
With a clear path ahead, team members can naturally contribute creative and innovative ways to deliver services or expand services to achieve better outcomes for the community.
The partnership
Our job is to evoke the wisdom of the group, inspire creativity and establish an environment conducive to transparent communication
Facilitation is not a new process by any means; however, most organizations and communities are unfamiliar with its benefits and do not utilize the methods. We can support you and your team if you are ready to develop:
✓ Focus and clarity in your mission and daily work.
✓ Cultural transformation for diversity, equity and inclusion.
✓ Contextual relevance of products and services.
✓ Enhanced communication internally and externally.
✓ Skills to embody a model of distributed leadership.
✓ Trust, honor, and commitment to each unique member.
The process
Phase 1
DISCOVERY
Udentify relevant information by analyzing data to make sense of current organizational status, past accomplishments and struggles, and industry trends. We also explore individual employee and stakeholder experiences.
PHASE 2
Direction
Curate an innovative, attainable vision of the future by capturing employee needs and aspirations while improving relationships with collaborators and services for new and existing customers and clients.
Phase 3
Blueprint
Implement a roadmap with timelines, necessary resources, member responsibilities, progress updates, and project evaluation to ensure the plan addresses future needs while grounding itself in tangible achievement.
